No. While the Emerald Coast and 30A Florida area are popular for their pristine beaches, they do not have designated nude beaches or ‘clothing optional’ beaches. 30A and South Walton are an amazing collection of quaint beach communities with luxury resorts and amenities where families abound. Please keep this in mind and do not go topless or display any sexual conduct on the beaches. Public nudity is against regulations, including toplessness. There can be legal consequences for violating these laws in Walton County, see Ordinance 1997-27.
