Alys Beach, an entity of EBSCO Industries, is expanding its team and will hold Job Fairs on January 10, 9 a.m.–6 p.m. at 84 Elbow Beach Road, Building 1. Nick’s on the Bay Annual Bonfire
Come out to Nick’s on the Bay on Friday, January 12th at 5 p.m. for the Annual Bonfire. Enjoy food, drinks and sunset from one of the best views on the bay. DJ Viper will be kicking off the entertainment followed by The Velcro Pygmies. Don’t miss the local’s favorite outdoor gathering of the year!
NO cover charge. All ages and pets welcome. Come out for some good ol’ fashioned fun with friends. There will be food service inside of the restaurant, an ATM, and a cash bar located on premises. Additional parking will be located west of the restaurant.

We’re back in 1958, and it’s time for the Wonderettes to graduate in this delightful sequel to the smash Off-Broadway hit! Join Betty Jean, Cindy Lou, Missy, and Suzy as they sing about their final year in high school, celebrate with their fellow classmates and teachers, and prepare for their next step toward a bright future. Act II zooms ahead to 1968, where the girls perform as bride and bridesmaids to celebrate Missy’s marriage to Mr. Lee! Pink Walk & 5K Benefiting Fore Her
Join us for the Pink Walk & 5K Benefiting Fore Her! Walk or run with your friends and family. Wear your PINK and have fun while raising funds for breast cancer patients currently undergoing treatment and in financial need. Participants will enjoy an after party with music, a photo booth, food, prizes and more! Early Bird 5K Registration will be through January 15 @ $50 with free race t-shirt!! Shelter House Palate & Palette Wine Dinner
Shelter House’s Annual Palate & Palette Dinner will be held Saturday, January 27, 2024! This pop-up style wine dinner is a unique experience, as Legendary Marine’s show room is transformed into a chic, intimate venue with a metropolitan feel. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres at 6:00 p.m. with the program and dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m. Attendees will indulge in a five-course seated dinner featuring five of the area’s most respected chefs. Each chef will create a dish for their course, complete with signature craft cocktails by Timber Creek Distillery and trendy beats of a featured DJ.
Guests will have the opportunity to bid on an expansive selection of silent auction items, raise their paddle high to support Shelter House, and the painting created at the event will be auctioned off to the highest bidder in an exciting and competitive live auction.
